Special Firewood Advisory
Destructive invasive
insects are threatening northeastern forests. These foreign insects have
made their way into the United States and Canada and have negatively impacted
forested areas as nearby as Massachusetts. Without your help, they could
quickly become a widespread pandemic. These insects have the ability to
quickly destroy entire stands of woodlands and devastate syrup and wood
harvesting industries.
Do your part. DO NOT
BRING FIREWOOD FROM YOUR HOME. Doing so risks transportation of these
dangerous insects even without your knowledge. And don't transport
firewood back to your home from your vacation stay.
BUY WHERE YOU
BURN. Buy from local roadside firewood suppliers.

- Departure time is by 12 noon the day after the final race weekend event.
- Only self-contained units are permitted. Tents are not allowed.
- Hook-ups and service facilities are not available.
- Small, contained camp fires only are permitted when local and state fire department authorities allow. Excessive bon fires are not permitted.
